What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, The Healing Remedy does not provide any refunds for any candles purchased.

 

Where do you currently provide shipping?

We currently only ship to the U.S.

 

What do I do if I can't smell my candle?

We do not use harsh chemicals in our products, which may refrain from immediate satisfaction. Please allow at least 5 minutes before calling it quits.

Please keep in mind, all candles require a 50 min. burn time before lighting out and are intended for room space only. (200 sq. ft).
